Delete your account

App

You can delete your app account and the data linked to it at any time. You don't need to give a reason.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

1. Open the app and log in with your mobile number.
2. Tap the account icon at the top right.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Ask us

If you can't open the app, email support@heyvera.in from any address, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 80493 68423, with the subject "Delete my account" and your registered mobile number. We may send a one-time code to that number to confirm it's you. We complete the deletion within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account and registered mobile number
• Your saved bike registration number
• The quotes and payment links created for you

What we keep, and why

Insurance policies that have already been issued are held by the insurer and the authorised intermediary, and must be kept as required by insurance regulations. Deleting your account does not cancel an issued policy. To cancel a policy, contact the insurer. See our Privacy Policy for details.
